Is there any way to add custom icons to the icons list? I’d love to see social icons in there for things like FB messenger

The icons come from Font Awesome (https://fontawesome.com/v4.7.0/icons/)

There is a newer version with a lot more icons. We need to move to supporting that soon. Font Awesome Icons fontawesome.com

Some of the icons with branding are restricted use for copyright reasons.

When will you move to support the newer version of Font Awesome? Does it contain colorful icons?

Could you just enable using “textual” fonts as icons? To allow users selecting regular letters and digits.
