Is there any API to manage conversations/Labels in Google Group? I did some research but not able to find anything.

I had the same issue a while back. Unfortunately none of the API allow you to manage conversations and labels programmatically. I tried Groups API and Directory API (for workspace internal resources). What exactly are you trying to manage about the conversations?
