Is there a way to replace text with icon only?. if text is “YES” show icon only?

not icon AND TEXT

Not directly… but you can add that icon to another field and then hide that Y/N column. Is this doable for you?

Add a new format rule with an expression [ColumnName]=TRUE (if it’s an Y/N field) and then option and column.

Let’s assume you have two columns… [QUESTION] as Y/N field and [USER] as a text field. 1) Create a new format rule UX > Format rule 2) Choose correct table with “For this data” 3) In “If this condition is true” type [QUESTION]=TRUE 4) Choose the correct field from “Format these columns and actions” and in this case you would choose [USER] field 5) Choose the icon and color if needed 6) Save the rule

Hey Aleksi this works 99%.

the new text field has to have some sort of text input in it to show the icon.

i just put a “.” and set color to white
