Is it possible to have two flow variable references in a single quota policy

Is it possible to have two flow variable references in a single quota policy. We have requirement where the restriction of calls should be based on 2 flow variables. Is it possible to have like below? The call should be restricted based on “aaa” and “bbb” Can someone help on this ?
