Is Dataform HIPAA compliant?

Hi, I wanted to use Dataform to run BigQuery SQL queries.
But I didn’t find Dataform in the list of HIPAA-compliant GCP products - https://cloud.google.com/security/compliance/hipaa#covered-products .

Is Dataform currently (05/2023) HIPAA compliant? If not - will it be HIPAA compliant in the future?
