Easy? Maybe? I only know how to tell when an app is running.
In General settings on iPhones, there is the iPhone Storage. I would think there is something similar on Android devices. When you launch this and WAIT for a minute or two, you will get a screen like that below which shows the breakdown of how the storage is being used.
Scrolling down you will see a list of apps and how much space each is using.
For AppSheet, our apps run inside of an AppSheet device specific container so you will need to look for the Appsheet app. When we launch an app, it is loaded inside of this container and increases its size. When we switch apps, the current app is off-loaded and the new app swapped in, changing the overall footprint of the AppSheet app.
I found running the container by itself the space was 69.9 MB. Running it with what I think is the largest app in my library the size increased to 92.5 MB. This is a VERY small footprint on the device.
