Inventory Management Template Needed

Hello, looking for an application help track shop supplies. The key features needed are as follows.

  • Product/item description
  • Current on hand inventory quantity
  • Low inventory warning/restock quantity
  • Image for each product/item
  • Bar code for product/item
  • email manager/admin when stock reaches low inventory level

Another key function: only the app manager/admin can consume AND replenish stock. All other users can only consume stock.

Is there anything like this out there? I tried modifying one of the templates and it did not work.

If you’re looking for something with a bit more meat on the bones, I’ve got an app I put together awhile ago that I stopped working on to pursue Ai integrations.

It’s quite complex, but it does a bunch of the stuff you want - and more. I haven’t looked at it for awhile, but taking a look at it now I see the following:

  • Multiple location support
  • Order tracking
  • Receiving counts
  • Stock taking
  • Inventory adjustments
  • 5 am low inventory email
  • Monthly summaries
  • Yearly audits
