I am experiencing difficulties logging into the Looker QA site using my eHealth email and password. I am completely confident that the password is accurate. I can access our production URL for Looker, but I am unable to log into our QA Looker site. I have submitted an internal ticket to our eHealth IT department, but I am still awaiting a response for someone to look into the matter. Is there any documentation or steps you could provide to assist me in logging in again? I refrained from using the forum as this issue pertains specifically to the eHealth URL. Our IT team managed to unlock my account, and I attempted to log in again with the previous password, but it is still not functioning. What actions should we take?
