Integrated Portal Account Create Register Menu Item

Having an issue after creating a Register menu item pointing to /accounts/create. Back button is not navigating back to site after being redirected by the portal to the account create form.

I’m on Chrome Version 94.0.4606.81

On Apigee Edge

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new integrated portal.
  2. Add a menu item with path /accounts/create
  3. In the new portal click that menu item.
  4. Press the back button.
  5. Press the back button again.

For both back button presses the user is not brought back to the site. Behavior works just fine if you are using the /login menu item vs a menu item pointing to /accounts/create. Anyone else seen this before or has a workaround to fix this behavior?
