I’m having an issue on one of my dashboards. For context, this dashboard has a lot of different Snowflake connectors created months ago. When I set up a new snowflake connector to report new data, all tables that ingest from the new connector appear obstructed, with column titles disappearing and metrics loosing their format. Charts will also display an error and not show any data. This error happens when viewers first open the report but gets fixed when you switch to edit mode. Here is an example of what the tables and charts look like to viewers.
When creating a chart or table that populates from an older snowflake connection, these errors don’t happen. Has anyone ran into this issue and if so, how did you fix it?
Attempted Fixes:
- Snowflake credentials: the Snowflake credentials for the new connections were exactly the same as the old ones
- Query: I’m only using a select *
- Other Connectors: when using a different data connector, the charts and tables look fine
- Refresh: refreshing the page does NOT fix the errors
