Indentation in the table view

Hi.

The Column Order in the Request view(All Requests) of the Travel Approval App also includes a Request ID column.

However, when I run the app, the Request ID column is not visible on the screen, as shown in the attached image. It appears to be indented. How can I do this?

There should be an inline action in the ID column without an icon.
