Incorrect Billing for Australian Resellers discovered after audit

Has anyone else noticed that since billing was moved from Singapore to Australia, Google give us an advertised reseller discount on the Australian recommended price that, by law in Australia, includes GST? The calculation on all of this is correct (I check a few client accounts).

However, when Google send us our monthly reseller invoice summarising all clients and licences, I observed the following.

Each client is billed at discounted price that already includes GST, Calculation is correct.

However, at the bottom of the invoice, is the subtotal for all clients where the amount already includes GST, and then GST has been added again to the subtotal amount, instead of saying the subtotal includes GST as per ATO law.

So we get GST taxed twice? I think it is a loophole in their billing system, as in the US tax is not displayed until the invoice is generated. I approximately calculated that this issue cost me 10 - 15K over the past few years in overpayments.

Can someone investigate this if proven correct, we need to ask google for a refund or credit on our accounts, including some kind of interest, as this is going on for years.
