In my point of view, Quick Edit Tables is very important and good feature. It helps us to improve UI and UX.
But how to enable it? I try to follow the post, but I didn’t see where is where is “Quick Edit” button.
is it still in beta process and we could not use it now?

Not at the moment, because quick edits are not treated as page-level actions. We assume you do a quick edit because you want to stay with the same page view.
