I’m unable to import documents into my Custom Extractor processor. Every import attempt fails with “Failed to import all documents”.
The actual error from the API response is:
“Poisoned file handle: Group documentai-core-frontend has no quota (partition=hdd)”

**What I verified:**
- Billing is active (paid account)
- Document AI API is enabled (137 requests today)
- Processor previously imported 37 documents successfully
- Tested multiple PDFs (all under 5 MB) - all fail
- Tested with and without auto-labeling - same error
This started recently. The processor was working correctly before.
