I wanted to know is there any list of high privilege role or permission in GCP. how to flag a role attached to a principle or resource high privilege.

I am unsure on what your question is. What do you mean when you say flag?

On the other hand this board is specifically focused on Application integration googles IPaaS offering. Is this question in reference to that service?
