I set show check box on, but the column does not show on the form

Any chance that you are using slice and that column is not selected?

Or… does it have a validation rule for the list but the result of the formula is empty?

Thank you. As far as I understand, since I entered a fromula in the spreadsheet(Google drive), then it does not work correctly. After I deleted the formura, it showed upon.

Glad you were able to solve the issue.

AppSheet, seem to intake automatically the spreadsheet formula. It is intelligent, but seem to correct sometime. Hidetoshi
