My app has the following (8) sheets;
Conditions, Diagnostics, Family History, Medications, Providers, Treatments, Vitals & Visits
I want to relate data from one table to another and have the results show up in the form view for the item I am viewing (e.g. Related Providers, Related Conditions, etc.)
Anyone have any ideas?
