I have a paid workspace and what about the cloud console

I have a paid workspace and does that mean that the cloud console is also paid?

If I have a recommended workspace, does that mean I have better help in google cloud console too?

These two, Workspace and GCP, are distinct products, there’s no direct “connection” between these services.

One is focused purely on Workspace related services (Email, Meet, Calendar etc.) whilst the other one is focused on Infrastructure / Cloud Computing.

I’d say there’s no better or worse with any of these services in terms of help.
