I have an automation that sends PDF templates to users. I placed onto this template a SNAPSHOT() link that goes like this <<SNAPSHOT(*VIEW LINK*)>> at the bottom of the template. The automation works and the template posts all the information I want except the SNAPSHOT() image. Instead of a SNAPSHOT() of the view I linked, what pops up is the image below:
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this happens?
The obvious answer is, “you used the wrong view link”.
In the view there is a section titled:
”App link
Use this wherever you need a deep app link to this specific view”
What is placed there is what I placed in my SNAPSHOT() command.
