Hyperlink not working in body of the email thru Action feature

Hi All,

I’ve been trying to input a hyperlink in body of the email . But it only shows the URL not the clickable text that I wanted to.

E.g: HYPERLINK(“www.google.com”, “Click Google”) → only return www.google.com

The email was directed from the Behaviour → Action → External: Start an email

Anyone has an advice on this?

What you want to do is not possible using External: Start an email. The email body text must be pure text and cannot include formatting, HTML, or hyperlinks.
