HTTP Load Balancing not distributing traffic equally

I have created a load balancer with Traffic Policy: Round Robin on the unmanaged instance group with 2 servers and 4 servers at the backend. (Both LB are different)

Traffic is not getting distributed equally for the 2 and 4 servers’ setup. I am unable to understand the issue.

How to resolve such traffic these imbalanced traffic issues

Also, how were you able to test or check that the traffic was not distributed equally? Can you share screenshots?
