Can anyone help please, I am looking for solution on below issue. I have the Scorecard visual in the the report and it shows the result for the a calculated field based on the date control selection. I also want to see the result from prior period as value and not the % change. Is it possible and if so how can I do it please ?

You’re almost there! Go to the Styles tab under your Scorecard properties.
Scroll down to the option labelled Show absolute change, toggle it on or off to switch between displaying a percentage or an absolute number, as shown below.
If you’d like to display both the percentage and the number, simply duplicate the scorecard and overlay the copies directly on top of each other. In the Label sub-properties, choose what appears on the right or left, this lets you show both the percentage change and the absolute number change simultaneously.
In the end, your scorecard should look like this:
