How to reduce the forced minimum height of cards strictly in "Card View"? SVG cards (Custom UI)

Hi everyone,

I am strictly using Card View for my app’s stock list. I have generated a custom SVG (Image type) that is purposefully very short in height to save space.

I removed all text blocks in the Card layout settings (Title = None, Subtitle = None, etc.), leaving only the Main Image.

The problem: The actual white card container remains very tall. AppSheet seems to enforce a huge “minimum height” for the card itself, regardless of how thin the SVG image inside it is. Because the card itself won’t shrink, I can only see 3 cards on my mobile screen.

My goal: I want to shrink the actual height of the card container so I can fit around 5 cards on the screen.

Please note: I only want to use Card View. I am not looking for suggestions to switch to Table View .

Is there any advanced hack, specific Layout option inside Card View, or formatting rule to override this hardcoded minimum card height? Or is it completely locked by the platform?
