How to fix missing data on Vertex Agent?

Hello,

First, I’m pretty new to Vertex and Agent building :slightly_smiling_face: I created a new Vertex AI Agent, i linked it to a datastore that i created to to which i gave a link to our project documentation as source of knowledge.

When i ask the agent some questions, he answer well but for some reason, there is some simple questions like “what is the linkedin link of the project?” that he can’t answer even though, there is clearly linkedin links in the documentation.

Two questions:

  1. What could be the reason for the Agent not being able to find answer that are in the given data/ link?

  2. Can we add data manually to fix what he don’t find or answer wrongly? If yes, how?
