How to create the next view?

Look at these pictures and descriptions please:

This is my Prospectos view
UX REF VIEW:

This is a ref Participantes

This is a ref Notas who has other ref in ArchivoNotas

Next view when you click new in Notas:

There is the refs in Prospectos_tbl:

I need other view same notas, but with the name Archivo:

I hoped the button “NEW” and the text Archivos, but it didn’t work.

What is the step, that i forgot? or What is the next step to show the button “new” to add a new archivo?
