How to Automatically Populate Data in One Table Based on Selections from Other Tables?

Hi everyone,

I’m working on an AppSheet app and need some guidance on automating data population across multiple tables. Here’s the situation:

I have four tables:

One table contains unique identifiers.

Another table contains item IDs.

A third table combines the unique identifiers and item IDs.

The last table is where I want to automatically populate data based on the selections from the other tables.

Goal:
I want to automatically populate data in the final table based on relationships between the other tables, without requiring manual input. The data should be linked by matching identifiers and item IDs across the tables.

I tried using forms to accomplish this, and it worked. However, I’m looking for a different approach that doesn’t rely on forms, ideally something more automated.

Any suggestions on how to achieve this?

Thanks in advance for any help!

No Steve , I need data to be copied from master table to another table where in another table there are common columns that are in master table I want to fetch the data to this another table from master table I used forms to fetch data and I got the data ,but is there any other way other than forms to fetch data from one table to other.

This video might provide you with some guidance: https://youtu.be/tHQumluhL4Q

@Harsha0071 , you probably used this action to autofill a form:

perhaps what you are looking for (considering that you have already checked all the links in the working form) is a combination of two actions.

  1. fill data to final table like you use filling out the form:

  1. call this (1) action for set of rows:

Next step create a bot and run a data action with calling of action #2 .
