I am trying to get a higher quota for calling the Google Books API, but the link to make this request seems dead. The link I use is: https://support.google.com/websearch/contact/api_quota_request?hl=en&visit_id=639040675350466035-1500238133&rd=1
It seems that going through the link is required.
Is there another way to go about this, or how can I solve this issue?
