How do you change data source from read only to update allowed?

I have an App which looks at an AppSheet DB but when I made the app I selected some tables as read only and some as read+update. Is there any way to change these now the app is created? I can’t see any way.

You can manage this in the update permissions:

You can also set an expression for the permission, using the flask icon.

You can change this anytime.
