Hello!
I’m new to AppSheet and am trying to figure out what kind of account I require.
I am on an Education Fundamentals account with a Educational Organization.
If I am the only person building apps with AppSheet, will I be the only person who needs a paid account? If I’m on the $5/month plan, will other users in the organization be able to use my app(s) for free? Or will each user of the deployed AppSheet apps require a paid account?

Welcome to the AppSheet Community! Please allow me to share the different options we have.
My recommendation is to start with a prototype application so that you familiarize with all the capabilities of AppSheet! The prototype applications have a 10 monthly-users limit, depending on when the account is created. If you create the account today the monthly users count will sum every user until August 7th. Please find more information on the following page: Use AppSheet for free.
Based on the features you require, you will need to purchase an AppSheet Starter, Core or enterprise license. Please visit the What subscription is right for me? page for more information on this. You may also want to check the User Pass option
