You should be able to see the JIRA information/status via 2 methods -

Open the ticket you had submitted and the JIRA section should have the following information - JIRA #, Status and Release it was fixed in

To see the status for all the JIRA tickets related to your tickets, you can choose the view “All Open JIRA tickets” from the Support Portal. This should provide you a list of all the Support tickets which have a JIRA bug attached. See screenshot below
