I am using AppSheet for the first time, after I saw it at Google I/O. I managed to develop an app for an event that I will be attending, but I would like to connect a domain that I already own (which is also from Google Domains) to my app. How can I do that? When I search for it, I only find outdated information that no longer works.

ICYMI: If you have a Google Workspace account, you can create your AppSheet account from that Google account.
I mean I have a domain, for example ‘www.mysitexyz.com’ provided by google domains, and I want to connect my Appsheet to this domain, so when someone click or try to enter in ‘www.mysitexyz.com’, my App starts in web view, do u know what I’m trying to do?

AppSheet doesn’t support custom domains, it doesn’t matter where you bought it.
The best thing you could do is iframe but just on public apps
