How are you managing your dashboards in your organisation?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what kind of tools /methods you use to manage all the Looker Studio dashboards created in your organisation?

Our company is using regular Looker Studio (not Looker Studio Pro) and we would like to be able to see things like;

  1. How many Looker Studio dashboards are being created in the organisation and by who
  2. The names of those dashboards (to identify potential duplicates created by different users)
  3. When those dashboard were last accessed

I am interested to hear whether anyone has achieved all or any of the above in practice, and the methods you used/are using.
