I’m trying to find a way to have my chat agent have a hovering welcome message when people come to my website and still have the chat closed. Does anyone know where to find this information?

Hi, @thataidude you mean Dialogflow Messenger? If that’s correct you’ll need to trigger WELCOME, event
if what you want is a message in your bubble, probably you will need to create a custom react component that can trigger a welcome event as @Mizar suggested when the user hover the bubble with the mouse or when the page is fully loaded
