I have a question about this:

Am I right I can “request” AppSheet to refresh and give me different data only by updating user settings?

Appsheet gives up just 10 columns and we would have to use some of them for titles. Can I use my own table for storing more options?

Can I make action button what would change this parameters directly from a view? Let’s say I need to load all purchase orders from a specific supplier? But I don’t want a user to go to settings.

#2 - Yes, but then you would need to have a “Users” table so it will have affect only for the app user who is using the app.

#2. I do have a dedicated table for list of users where I keep their real names and I have another table with permissions.

Can you please tell me more how it can help me? I am a bit lost.
