No desenvolvimento aparece os segundo na opção DataTime.
Já no telefone não aparece os segundos.

The interface for choosing a date and/or time is provided by the device or browser, not by AppSheet itself. In effect, AppSheet asks the browser or device to get a date and/or time value from the user and lets the browser or device decide how to do that.
In the DateTime column configuration, confirm that Ignore seconds is set as desired. Off the top of my head, I don’t know if this setting has any effect on input, but it’s something to try.
I can’t ignore the seconds, because the line-building operations depend on the seconds
