I’ve developed an application that initially used Google Sheets as its database. As the application grew in complexity, I migrated the database to Azure SQL to handle the increased demands. Since this migration, I’ve noticed a significant spike in data usage, ranging from 5GB to 12GB on some days, which seems excessive.
I’m including a screenshot of the performance settings for the app, so that you can review specific configurations. This may help to identify if there are settings potentially causing the increased data usage. Any advice on configurations or settings to optimize data consumption with Azure SQL would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone experienced similar issues or can point me in the right direction?
