Hi, I have what I hope is an easily solved question. I have a main job table that contains about a years worth of entries, about 1500 entries.

Without having to delete/archive any rows of data - which form the basis for google data studio charts etc., is there a way to only load/process say the last three months of data for use on a day to day basis?

You can use Security Filters, with a date condition, it will load the data just you need

You could use something like… [Date]>TODAY()-90
