HERE() FAILED GET LATLONG

It was started last week, that i found GPS Location is not worked in some android phone.
i use command HERE() to get latlong location. since apps that i buid is for our agent attendace.

the lat long that captured is : 0.0000, 0.0000

I already took some phone that facing this issue. phone that i test :
VIVO
XIAOMI previously,

i never get issue that HERE() comand failed to get latlong location, and then this issue came since last week

when i took phone that get impact of this issue, i already try several possibilities that i read from appsheet documentation, community, and some web.
but still i can’t fix this issue.
I already tries some suggestion that i get

  1. clear data of appsheet apps,
  2. try restart and clear data for location apps,
  3. restart phone,
  4. log in-log out appsheet
  5. update phone OS but still can’t fix this issue.

need support if anyone ever facing this issue, and how to solve this

Im my experience you get 0.0000, 0.0000 or a blank repsonse for Here() when the GPS is either turned off or the user has not given Appsheet permission to use GPS.
