Hi I was wondering if any of you guys know if my app is officially “in production” since I needed to change my publishing status to generate a permanent refresh token to use my Google Drive API.
Yes, @daboja , from your screenshot it shows:
The section Google Auth Platform → Audience → Publishing status is set to In production.
This means your app is officially in production mode, and you can use permanent refresh tokens (as long as your app has been verified for any sensitive or restricted scopes if needed).
To fully confirm:

Make sure User type is set to External (as shown in your screenshot).

Check that the scopes you are using are properly approved by Google.

Ensure that the OAuth user cap does not block the number of users you plan to support.
