I have tried to resolve this issue for weeks and I cannot get in contact with support. I have assigned a new user to my account and I have checked all the roles and permissions. But my user keeps getting an error message when she tries to log into GMAIL. This is the error message:
We are sorry, but you do not have access to Gmail. Please log in to your Admin Console to enable Gmail.
I am the administrator and I have logged into the Admin Console several times to enable gmail but it does not work. What am I doing wrong?
I suggest you review the steps to activate gmail.
You must be 100% sure that Gmail is activated properly, which may require domain validation via DNS.
I suggest going through the steps again and making sure you have Gmail enabled before continuing.
If it is not activated, you should find some error message or similar indicating the problem.
If there are no messages and it is not activated, the activation initiation process may not have completed and therefore activation was not triggered.
If it is activated you should be able to log in, I suggest checking the permissions associated with that user, although I feel it has more to do with activating gmail properly.
Sometimes when I get stuck on something for a long time, I think “How rare would it be if I am the only one or one of the few users in the world with this problem? I’m doing something wrong” and I usually start from 0.
