gtm server side container

I have setup a GTM server side container for a client and currently trying to add a custom domain.
The DNS records have been added and the certificate has also been created but when I try to open the debug view with the custom domain, it says page not found.

I also reviewed the Cloud Run for another GTM server container and this one and the server-side-tagging was absent in the previous one which is working fine with a custom domain.

I used the automatic provisioned tagging in both cases but unsure how the difference occurred.

Hi,

did this issue resolve for you? Iā€™m stuck in a similar spot, my custom Domain is still not reachable although the certificate has been created 5 days ago.
