Hi, is it possible to group the options in a drop-down list into some column?
I don’t understand what you mean.
Its not possible to group drop-downs now (although, the idea is interesting), but you can sort your dropped list by any column(s). I use that for exmpl, for selecting project in order/task/etc forms (8% of them in-progress and listed on top, others on bottom)

hmm lets say we have 1 form to order dessert. The menu drop-down list is so long due to many types of desserts and drinks, so I am trying to group them by categories like drinks and cakes. Like this:
