I has a report in datastudio/looker that has a load of graphs on. If i move to another program (eg excel) for a while and return, sometimes the graphs are blank.
The only way to get them to display again is via a page refresh.
I thought it may be chrome but I have also seen it on ms edge.
Has anyone else had this and is there a good fix?
Hi @yieldservice.massari This is usually caused by browser tab suspension or session timeout (especially when the tab is inactive for a while), which prevents Looker Studio from refreshing queries properly; there’s no platform-side fix, but you can reduce occurrences by disabling tab sleeping/energy saver in Chrome or Edge, keeping the tab active, or slightly increasing auto-refresh frequency in the report if applicable.
