We are using Google Healthcare API FHIR Store (R5).
Can a FHIR Store be configured to delegate terminology validation (ValueSet membership validation, $validate-code, $lookup, $expand, or profile terminology bindings) to an external terminology server such as OntoServer?
If not, is there any supported mechanism to perform runtime terminology validation against external terminology services during resource create/update operations?
We are specifically interested in R5 stores with profile validation enabled.
