This issue has been raised on this form back in Dec 2021. When someone completes an online google form it shows the email account they are currently logged into. I believe this is to do with saving progress. I understood this could be removed by disabling the Save Progress in settings. However in 2026 there does not appear the facility to do this. Is there another way to remove the view of the signed in account? It puts people off completing the form as its confusing as to where the form is sent.
Also when embedding a google form into a google website the account email address is similarly displayed.
If I created a App in Appsheets from this form can I embed this in a google site to get round thos issue?
