Google cloud server issue

Hello Sir,

We have developed a project that utilizes Google Cloud Platform.

Currently, I am facing some issues regarding the cloud server. The server is showing a networking traffic issue which you can view at https://prnt.sc/jKKEHUAnU4kr.

Additionally, the server URL can be used on REST API, but it is currently displaying a 503 service unavailable error at https://prnt.sc/52_Oa194Hwgl.

Could you please help me as soon as possible? If you require any further details, please let me know.

Welcome to the Google Cloud Community. I saw that Service Account used for this provisioning does not have access to Secret Manager. Please grant access to mentioned account as per this [1].screenshot taken from your post. Should help.
