Google Cloud run, sudden spike in request latency

Hi,

Yesterday we notices a sudden spike in request latency on google cloud run metrics dashbaord, latency was increased to 2.5 minutes. Here you can see spike of 1-2 minutes

While all other metrics were normal.
We verified our app logs as well and they were normal, means our app was working as expected, no delay in processing request.

But during that time very few requests reached our app and got processed.

We have 3 instances running all time and have 150 concurrent request limit. None of these limit was reached.
