Google Cloud Platform - Project error

I am the global administrator and I have turned on Google Cloud Platform in my organization services but I am still getting this error when I tried to create a Project under the Google Cloud Dashboard. What am i missing?

Hello @mcc_jannie ,Welcome on Google Cloud Community.

From error I’m able to see, that Google Cloud Platform service, which can be ON/OFF from Workspace, is disabled. Log in to Google Workspace ( the same workspace, which is associated with your Google Cloud Organization), and then check if Google Cloud Platform is ON for your OU.

I thought the same, that’s why from the very first step, I have checked and make sure it is turn on, and it appears to be on and active since day 1.
