please for the past 3 days now am unable to generate google map api key, due to billing error, i have tried different cards same error, any assistances? please see photo for error message.

Sorry to hear that you’re unable to add a billing account. I assume that you have already tried to wait for a few hours or days to try this again. As a workaround, please try to create a new billing account using a different email.
If the issue persists, you may contact Cloud Billing Support for further investigation. You may need to share your billing account ID as well as your payment profile.
