The GKE Console is not properly loading and not showing my Clusters that I have installed in my GCP Project.
The applications in the cluster still works however connectivity to the cluster is not available. I wanted to whitelist IP in case my VPN is not working when I found that the issue is with the GKE service itself.
This issue is not present in my other projects but only this and another one project that we have.
Has anyone ever faced this issue? If yes how do I resolve it.
Try connecting via cloud shell commands and see if you can see your cluster from there.
Hello @chirag7168 ,
Thank you for contacting Google Cloud Community.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps from this documentation to see if you are able to access the console without the error message formulating:
- Clear browser cookies and cache
- Try private browsing
- Turn off browser extensions
- Update your browser
- Try another browser
- Try a different network or another machine
This should help you resolve your issue. If not, please reach out to Google Cloud Support as it requires more specific debugging and analysis.
Thanks & Regards,
Manish Bavireddy.
I (and other users) experienced the same with certain clusters. We have multiple clusters and 2 US based clusters were not working. We tested across different machines, browsers, and networks.
I had it work intermittently, with some data being retrieved, but other times no data it all. It cleared up today.
I am pretty sure this was a GKE issue.
